As a member of the FITlife Project’s team, my primary responsibilities and duties were ones related to videography. When I interned with the FITlife Project, their goal was to shoot a miniature documentary series for CrossFit Hanover’s Special Warriors, which is a weight training program for children with special needs. Having experience with videography and editing, I was the one taking the initiative to film everything, process the clips, and subsequently edit them. In addition to working on the FITlife Project's season two (for the Special Warriors), I also inherited the responsibility of editing episodes from season one, which had been filmed last summer. Moreover, in the earlier weeks of my internship, I was largely responsible for redesigning the FITlife Project's website and managing all new content uploaded to the site. Given the rather large amount of video clips displayed by the site, I additionally starting managing the FITlife Project's YouTube account. Beyond all of these duties, I was also in regular communication with not only my internship advisor, but other members of the FITlife Project’s team, including their primary editor and previous web designer.
